Senior UX/UI Specialist

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior UX/UI Specialist to shape the customer journeys and visual languages of KAS solutions. You will lead design strategies, run user tests, and build design systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• •Lead user research and run usability tests to identify customer needs and product gaps.
• •Create clean user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity layouts.
• •Establish and maintain design systems and guidelines across all product suites.
• •Mentor junior designers and collaborate closely with product management and engineering.
• •Deliver intuitive solutions for complex visual architectures.

Requirements:

• •5+ years of experience as a UX/UI designer, preferably in enterprise or SaaS software.
• •Strong portfolio demonstrating user research, interface layouts, and interactive design systems.
• •Exemplary skills in Figma, Adobe XD, and related mockup tools.
• •Solid understanding of HTML/CSS frameworks and responsive container flows.
• •Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and visual articulation abilities.
